Description
Desired Behavior
- JobScheduler should allow Unicode characters to be added and presented in any component involved.
- This includes job objects, logs, file order sources, JOE, JOC etc.
Maintainer Notes
- This issue is not intended for immediate implementation. UTF-8 support has to be introduced to all components involved which will require more effort than feasible with one release.
- Instead, this feature will be prepared by a number of issues for the JobScheduler components and will become fully available with all issues being resolved.
