Description
Current Situation
- A file name for a job related object cannot be processed if it contains UNICODE characters that are not part of the latin1 character set.
- This works for German umlauts as they are contained in latin1.
Desired Behavior
- JobScheduler should support UNICODE as stated in
JS-1374.
