      Feature
      A job should provide an attribute state_text that contains comments (e.g the reason for stopping or suspending the job).
      The state_text is written with <modify_job job="..." state_text="...."/> and is provided with the <job> element of the answer to <show_job job="..."/>.

      Maintainer Notes
      This feature is available from the JOC Cockpit - Audit Log and is therefore not implemented with the JobScheduler Master.
