A job chain node should have an attribute state_text to write via <job_chain_node.modify>

Feature
A job chain node should provide an attribute state_text that contains comments (e.g the reason for stopping or skipping the node).
The state_text is written with <job_chain_node.modify job_chain="..." state="..." state_text="...."/> and is provided with the job_chain_node element of the answer to <show_job_chain job_chain="..."/>.

Maintainer Notes
This feature is available from the JOC Cockpit - Audit Log and is therefore not implemented with the JobScheduler Master.
