YADE Client: XML configuration - SystemPropertyFiles element has no effect

Current Situation

• The SystemPropertyFiles element will be configured according to the XSD schema definition in a fragment.
• The Xml2Ini converter converts the values of the SystemPropertyFiles as system_property_files to a protocol_fragment_... section
• YADE Client (engine) evaluates the system_property_files not in a fragmet but in a profile section
  • the SystemPropertyFiles element in a fragment has no effect

Desider Behaviour

• the SystemPropertyFiles element should be moved in the XSD schema from a Fragment to a Profile element
• The configured SystemProperyFiles should work correctly
