      Current Situation
      If a job cannot be started due to licensing problems

      • no task appears
      • an email is sent with the licensing error

      If JobScheduler is run without email notification the reason why the job wasn't started is hard to find.

      Desired Behaviour
      If a job cannot be started due to licensing problems

      • no task appears
      • an email is sent with the licensing error
      • the job's state text also shows the licensing error
