Provide schema-aware XML Editor for JobScheduler and YADE configuration files

Motivation

• YADE is moving towards XML configuration, see JADE-313
• As typing XML creates a lot of overhead and is error-prone we therefore provide an XML Editor.
• Use of the XML Editor is free under the terms of the Freeware License model.

Funcationality

• Manage YADE XML configuration files for use with YADE starting from release 1.11
• Assign YADE XSD Schema to configuration files
• Validate configuration files
  • perform XSD validation by schema assignment and built-in schema references
  • validate element references
• The schema-aware XML Editor suggests elements and attributes for configuration
  • add capability to select references from an applicable combo list
• The XML Editor includes the YADE Reference Documentation
• Mappings are created for export to YADE .ini configuration files compatible with YADE releases 1.9 and 1.10
