Description

Current Situation

jobscheduler_agent.sh status shows information if the Universal Agent process (found in the pid file) is running

Desired Behaviour

jobscheduler_agent.sh status uses the built-in json client to call the overview webservice (~~JS-1410~~) and display the information
if the agent is not available return an exit status according to http://refspecs.linuxbase.org/LSB_3.1.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-generic/iniscrptact.html
