Description
Current Situation
JOE stores preferences in a single place. Each JOE instance reads the preferences from this source. E.g.
When a number of JobScheduler Instances are installed on a computer:
- Open JOE for a first JobScheduler Instance
- Open a live folder for that JobScheduler Instance in JOE
- Open JOE for a second JobScheduler Instance
- This second JOE Instance will open with the Live folder that was opened in the JOE for the first JobScheduler instance. The user then has a live folder from the wrong JobScheduler instance, which could lead to editing of the wrong configuration files.
Desired Situation
Each JOE instance should have its own preferences container e.g.
- Open JOE for a first JobScheduler Instance
- Open a live folder for that JobScheduler Instance in JOE
- Open JOE for a second JobScheduler Instance
- This second JOE Instance will open with the Live folder that was last opened for THAT JobScheduler Instance.
