JOE should offer a valid default for the folder for temporary files in FTP profiles for the first profile.

Current situation
When creating a sftp/ftp profile in JOE for the first time, the field for the temporary files is initialized with %scheduler_home%/lib. When clicking the new profile button, the field gets the value %scheduler_data%/cache
