JOE should offer a valid default for the folder for temporary files in FTP profiles

Current Situation

• When adding an FTP profile then JOE offers for temporay files a folder in the program directory, e.g. C:Program Files\...
• This default folder presents a location that Windows users are not allowed to write to.

Desired Situation

• JOE should offer a default path based on the installation setting for the program data.
  • For Windows this should correspond to path such as %programdata%\sos-berlin.com\joe as used by the JOE installer.
  • This should result in a proposed default such as %programdata%\sos-berlin.com\joe\cache
