Job Streams in conditions should be disabled when the job is running

Current Situation

When an in condition is resolved and the job is startet the in condition remains enabled when the "Mark Expression" flag is not set. Therefore the job will be started again and again even if the job is already running.

Desired Behavior

When an in condition is resolved to true and a job will be started, all in conditions for this job should be disabled. When the job finishes the in conditions should be enabled again.
