The removal of an event during an Out Condition is not considered with the evaluation of In Conditions

Current Situation

When removing an event in an Out Condition the event is still present in the evaluation for In Conditions. It is removed in the database and the event is not present in the GUI but for the In Conditions it is still available. When the In Condition does have the "Mark Expression" flag the In Condition will still be evaluated to true even if the event has been deleted in an Out Condition. Then the job will be started again and again.

Desired Behaviour

When an event has been deleted by an Out Condition it should no longer be available for any In Condition.
