In a nested job chain the "skip node" option should be available

Current Situation

• In a nested job chain the node for the inner job chain cannot be skipped.

Desired Behavior

• The behavior for nested job chains should be same as for a single job chains.
• Skipping the node that points to the inner job chain would skip processing of that job chain.

Maintainer Notes

• This feature depends on JS-1394 which is a known issue.
