Description
Current Situation
JOC-1915adds an approval process to user interventions.- In addition to having the feature activated/deactivated, users would like to add filtering on certain workflows for which the feature is activated.
Desired Behavior
- Workflows can be assigned Tags to specify that they are subject to the Approval Process:
- Users can add a specific Tag Group "Approval" to the Settings page.
- Users can assign the Tag Group and Tags such as "Approval:approve_cancel", "Approval:approve_add" to their workflows. The Tags "approve_cancel" and "approve_add" are examples for the names of roles that will be used in the Approval Process for related workflows.
- Tagging of workflows using the "Approval" Tag Group requires a separate permission for the user account.
- Management operations for Tags are available, including bulk assignment of Tags to workflows, renaming Tags, exporting and importing Tags.
Delimitation
- Bulk Operations that affect a mix of workflows subject and not subject to approval must be performed in separate steps. Should mixed workflows be used, then the API and GUI will analyze the request and will return a related error message that identifies affected workflows.
- Posting Notices for Notice Boards is a general permission and is not related to a specific workflow.
