Description
Feature
- With
JS-2111a command is introduced to let run pending, scheduled and waiting orders. - The GUI and API should receive the related operation:
- API: the /orders/continue API is added.
- GUI: the order's action menu is added the "let run" operation. Bulk operations are supported.
- The operation is available
- for orders in the pending, scheduled or waiting state.
- for one-time orders (not: cyclic orders)
Implication for Daily Plan
The new behavior from the “let run” operation is introduced with JOC-1779:
- includes that the order remains assigned its original Daily Plan date though it is executed at an earlier date/time. This means that the order will not consider Notices of an earlier Daily Plan date but Notices of its original Daily Plan date if the “let run” operation causes a start before begin of the assigned Daily Plan.
- Users who wish to modify an order's assignment to the Daily Plan and to Notices matching the order's effective start date can use the operation "Modify start time" from the Daily Plan view with the “now” option.
