Description
Current Situation
When a schedule or a calendar is released with the now option to update orders in the Daily Plan and an error occurs when submitting orders to a Controller then an error message is logged to the joc.log file that states "Order cancel failed due to missing permission". This is wrong.
Desired Behavior
When a schedule or a calendar is released with the now option and an error occurs when submitting orders to a Controller then then original error message returned by the Controller should be logged to the joc.log file.
