Log should be displayed on clicking the order log from the Orders Overview tab

Current Behavior:

• With the Postgres database, while clicking the order log from the Orders Overview tab with all states, the log is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

• Use JOC Cockpit with Postgres database version 14.9, see Postgres_DB.png
• Create a workflow and execute it.
• Go to the Order Overview tab and click on the order, see Order_Overview_Tab.png
• The log will not display, see log_not_displayed.png

Desired Behavior:

• With the Postgres database, the log should be displayed on clicking the order log from the Orders Overview tab with all states.
