Missing Order Log for Orders "in Progress"

    Description

      Current Situation

      • With JOC-1475 order logs become visible for workflows in which no jobs did yet start but orders are waiting for admission times.
      • The fix provided by JOC-1475 applies if an order log is invoked by clicking the Order ID visible in the tabular or graphical display of the Workflows view or by using an orders action menu item.
      • The fix JOC-1475 does not apply when clicking the number of orders in the Workflows view which brings up a popup window with the list of orders: clicking Order IDs from that list does not make the order log available.

      Desired Behavior

      • To complete the functionality of JOC-1475 orders should be clickable to display the order log from the popup window holding the list of orders in the Workflows view.
