Description
Current Situation
For an order with the "in progress" state that for example is waiting for an admission time, the order log is not yet available if the job is the first step in the workflow. When clicking the menu item "Order Log" or selecting the order, an error message appears.
This does not occur for orders waiting for admission times in later jobs in a workflow as the log then is available.
Desired Behavior
When clicking the Order ID or the menu item "Order Log" and no log is available then a hint should be displayed and not an error.
Delimitation

JOC-1475does not apply when clicking the number of orders in the Workflows view which brings up a popup window with the list of orders: clicking Order IDs from that list does not make the order log available. - To complete the functionality of
JOC-1475orders should be clickable to display the order log from the popup window holding the list of orders in the Workflows view, seeJOC-1618.
