Orders not removed from Daily Plan if Schedule is deleted

Current Situation

• When deleting a Schedule then users have a choice to update the Daily Plan.
• In case of an update to the Daily Plan orders are cancelled (status: submitted -> planned). However, they are not removed, but remain in the planned stated due to a permission issue.

Desired Behavior

• Orders should be removed from the Daily Plan if the Schedule is deleted and the user chooses to update the Daily Plan. This requires related permissions to be considered.
