Orders not added to Daily Plan from newly created Schedules

Current Situation

• For a newly created Schedule no orders are added to the Daily Plan when releasing the Scheduling.
• Orders will be added when the Schedule is updated later on.
• Additionally, all orders of all other schedules are recreated.

Desired Behavior

• The Daily Plan should be populated from a newly created Schedule
