Restrictions should support the month range attribute

    Description

      Current Situation

      It is not possible to create a restriction like "Run on 25th of November and 11th of April every year

      Desired Behavior

      It should be possible to add a month range to the frequency type Monthdays.

      Then it would be possible to create a restriction like "Run on 25th of November and a second restriction "Run on 11th of April".
