It should be possible to specify a absolute day in the monthday frequency type

Current Situation

In the monthdays frequency type there are 2 options

• Count from the First Day
• Count from the Last Day

Both options do count the working days.

It is not possible to specify an absolut day in the month.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to specify an absoulut day in the month like the 25th of November.

This can be done by adding the selection

• count working days (default))
• count all days

and the option to select a month range (default all months) (see JOC-1424)

Examples:

day=2
count working days
month range = November
==> 2 working day each November

day=1
count all days
month range = November, April
==> last day in November and April

day=1
count working days
month range = November, April
==> last working day in November and April

Maintainer Notes

There is no immediate need for this feature. Users who want to select the 25th day of a month can use the "Month Days" option and select the 25th day from first of month.

Users who want to specify an absolute date can use the "Specific Dates" option.
