In the nested job chains of two chain nodes for second job chain the order history shows the wrong duration

Current Situation

• A nested job chain includes two job chains chain1 and chain2.
• An order is assigned to the nested job chain that passes chain1 and chain2.
• In the JOC Cockpit, with the Job Chains tab, under Order History, the duration for the execution of chain2 is always <1 sec

Desired Behavior

• The duration for all the job chains in a nested job chain should be correct.
