alter table sqls for the new jump fields are missing

For compatibility while upgrading the SOSFTP-Server from 0.9.x the setup requires ALTER TABLE sqls which add the fields
"JUMP_HOST"
"JUMP_HOST_IP"
"JUMP_USER"
"JUMP_PROTOCOL"
"JUMP_PORT"
to the SOSFTP_FILES_HISTORY table.
The sql tries to add these fields ONLY if these fields not already exist.
