Description
Current Situation
- If a file transfer uses an SMBFragment as the source with FileSpecSelection on a Directory, subdirectories with additional attributes (e.g. Hidden, Read-only, System) are incorrectly handled as files.
- This has the following consequences:
- The source file selection contains more entries than expected because these directories are incorrectly included as files.
- The transfer of these entries to the target fails because they are directories and not files.
Desired Behaviour
- Directories should be correctly identified as directories, regardless of additional file attributes such as Hidden, System or Read-only.
- Only actual files should be included as file entries in the source file selection.
- The file transfer should not fail because directories with additional attributes are incorrectly treated as files.
Test Instructions
- Create subdirectories with additional attributes (e.g. Hidden and Read-only) within the configured Directory.
- Start a file transfer using FileSpecSelection on the configured directory.
- Verify that the subdirectories are not included as file entries in the source file selection.
- This information can be verified, for example, at DEBUG log level or by analyzing the entries during the transfer to the target.
- Verify that the file transfer completes successfully without attempting to transfer the subdirectories as files.
