YADE AppendFiles option is broken

Current Situation

• When YADE is configured with the setting TargetFileOptions-> AppendFiles then the content of a source file should be appended to the related target file.
  • This functionality is broken:
    • No file content will be appended to the target file.

Desired Behavior

• The AppendFiles functionality should work as expected.

Test Instruction

• Check the AppendFiles functionality with following Target providers: FTP(S), HTTP(S), Local, SFTP, SMB
