The XSD call should be read from the URL added in the browser instead of localhost

Current Situation

• On using JOC-Cockpit from another server by IP address the XML editor does not work because it searches the XSD on the local server.

How to Reproduce

• JOC-Cockpit run on another server e.g: <Ip_address>:4449
• Login to the JOC-Cockpit(installed on a different server).
• Switch to the YADE tab.
• No response gets from the server blank screen will be displayed.
• As the YADE configuration xsd call the Request URL as:

  http://localhost:4449/joc/xsd/yade/YADE_configuration_v1.12.xsd

Desired Behavior

• The JOC-Cockpit should use xsd from the server.

Applicable JobScheduler Releases

• A patch is available for download with JobScheduler/JOC-Cockpit releases:
  • JobScheduler/JOC-Cockpit 1.13.2
    • Download the path patch-20191213-YADE-550-JOC-824-1.13.2.
    • Please apply the patch as it is described in this article.
