FTP should support use of the HOME command

Current Situation

• YADE can be used with FTP servers that a provide a number of network interfaces.
• Therefore it remains unclear which IP address of the remote network interface is used.
• Users therefore want to ensure that the YADE issues an FTP "HOME <server-IP>" command before opening the FTP data channel.

Desired Behavior

• YADE should support to select the IP address of the remote server

• This feature request requires clarification. Typically users can apply an IP address instead of a hostname for FTP servers to select a specific network interface.
