YADE xml settings file should not be deleted even if not well-formed

Current Situation

If YADE is parametrisized with a profile from an settings file in XML format

./jade.sh -settings=/path/to/settings.xml -profile=my-profile

and this XML file is not well-formed so that an exeption is raised while it is read then the settings file will be deleted.

Desired Behavior

The xml settings file should not be deleted

Workaround

A patch is provided for 1.13.0.
Extract patch-yade-1.13.0.zip into the ./lib/3rd-party directory of the YADE installation.
