Removement of some parameters in the YADE Job

Current Situation

In the documentation of the YADE JITL job a lot of parameters are available that are no longer valid since the introduction of the XML configuration file.

Desired Behavior

The documentation should only contain parameters that could overwrite the according setting in the XML configuration file. The main parameters are settings and profile that assign the profile to the current transfer. The following parameters remain in the list of possible parameters to be able to overwrite some settings from XML configuration file when the job runs.
