When running on an Universal Agent the YADE job logs the banner twice

Desired Behavior

When running on an Universal Agent the YADE job should not log the banner twice

Test Instruction

• Test Configuration
  • Any file transfer configured will do.
  • The YADE configuration file (.xml) has to be located with an Agent.
• Test Data
  • Any test file will do.
• Test Execution
  • Run YADE job in a job chain on an Agent.
• Test Results
  • Negative Results
    • Release 1.12.5 shows the banner twice
  • Positive Results
    • Release 1.12.6 and later will show the banner once
