The parameter options param_name_for_path and create_orders_for_new_files should be configurable in YADE xml configuration file

Current Situation

The parameter create_orders_for_all_files is configurable in the YADE xml configuration file (and in the YADE ini configuration file).
The parameter param_name_for_path is configurable in the YADE xml configuration file (and in the YADE ini configuration file).

The parameter create_orders_for_new_files is not configurable in the YADE xml configuration file.
The parameter param_name_for_path is not configurable in the YADE xml configuration file Editor .

Desired Behaviour

The parameter create_orders_for_new_files should configurable in the YADE xml configuration file. If it is configured in the YADE xml or ini configuration file, this will be used by the YADE Jitl Job.
The parameter param_name_for_path should configurable in the YADE xml configuration file. If it is configured in the YADE xml or ini configuration file, this will be used by the YADE Jitl Job.
