Maintaining the profiles on a global and local basis

store as a settings-file (xxx.ini) or as an xml-file
alternative store in a (simple) database (e.g. apache oder HSQL)

use xml-docu of job/Parameters as a template/schema for checking parameters and values

use as much as possible the actual functionality used in JOE for maintaining parameters of standard-jobs.

make it a as universal-plugin with SOSFtp-capabilities as a seperate tier.
