YADE should transfer a given FILELIST_NAME to the jump host in case of "copyFromInternet"

Current Situation

When YADE is configured to use a jump host for the transfer and the files to be transfered are configured with a file for the filelist then in case of copyfrominternet direction the filelist file must be located on the jump host.

Desired

When YADE is configured to use a jump host for the transfer and the files to be transfered are configured with a file for the filelist then in case of copyfrominternet direction the filelist file can be located where the the primer YADE client is running. YADE then should transfer the filelist to the jumphost and use the new file name in the YADE client call that is performed on the jump host.
