Job JobSchedulerCleanupHistory should archive history entries of YADE file transfers

Current Situation

• The job JobSchedulerCleanupHistory is used to delete history entries for jobs and for JADE file transfers.

Desired Behavior

• The job JobSchedulerCleanupHistory is improved to archive history entries for JADE file transfers.

Proposed Configuration

• Order parameters:

  Operation=Archive|Delete|Export|...
  Due_Days=integer (all history entries that are older than the specified number of days are selected)
  Archive_As=XML|CSV
  Status=0|1    (0 = all history entries without errors, 1 = all history entries without errors and with errors)
  Archive_Path=path_and_fileName (file name with pattern for e.g. timestamp)
