YADE should trim pre- and post-processing commands

Current Situation

• YADE executes the commands exactly as they are configured.
• If a configured command contains leading or trailing spaces then command execution can fail.

Desired Behaviour

• YADE should remove the any leading and trailing spaces when executing the configured commands.
