Pre-/Post-Command not only for jump-host-processing but also for "normal" processing on a per execution of a profile or per transmission of a file

This needs a SSH-Connection additionaly to the xFTPx connection.

Parameters: Pre_Command, Post_Command (per execution of a profile)
Pre_Command4File, Post_Command4File (per file to transmit/file transmitted)

The SSH-connection should be established once for the profile.
The commands must be reported to the history/reporting-server
