On failed operation YADE sends error and success emails

Current Situation

• When a YADE JITL job has configuration for mail_on_success and mail_on_error
  *In case of successful transfer only email with success configuration is send, but in case of an error two emails are sent
  1. one email with error subject and error message body
  2. second email with success subject and success message body

Desired Situation

• In case of an error, YADE should only send emails with error subject and error message body.

How to reproduce

• Deploy attached job configuration YADE-418.zip to a local JobScheduler and let the jobs run
• Update parameter values for, parameters mail_on_error_to and mail_on_success_to
