New Component: SOSFtp-Cockpit

The SOSFtp-Cockpit is a new component for the Workbench.

The Cockpit has at least (but not at last) 4 major functionalities

1) maintaining the profiles on a global and local basis
2) Execute and test profiles / transmissions
3) online-reporting like the actual SOSFtp-GUI
4) Maintaining of User-Roles/-credentials/-Authentications

The Cockpit has to be implemented as a RCP-Plugin and therefore it is available as RCP and as a RAP (Rich Ajax Platform) feature. The RAP Version is based on tomcat as an Application-Server (the "white paper": JobScheduler meets Eclipse.

The Cockpit wil be the sucessor of the php-based SOSFtp-GUI.

The Cockpit must have a user-id/password-secured access.
