allow tcp-protocol as an alternative to udp for sending data from client to Background Service

To make it possible to transmit log-files on an order the type of protocol used for communication with the server must be changed to tcp due to size-limitations of the actual used udp.

The protocol must be set by an option on the client-side. Default is udp.
