Parameter force_files should work with source prefix

Current Situation

• force_files=false works, i.e. no error is reported and exit code 0 is returned if no files are found from a source server.
• source_force_files=false has no effect, i.e. exit code 99 is reported if no files are found.
• target_force_files=false works as expected, i.e. exit code 0 is reported if no files are created due to overwrite_files=false.

Desired Behavior

• source_force_files=false should work for source servers in the same way as force_files=false

Maintainer Notes

• force_files always is effective for a source system, not for a target system
• As JADE is moving forward towards XML configuration the renaming of this parameter creates no additional benefit and is dismissed
