Configurable WebDAV (HTTPS), HTTPS certificate hostname verification

Current Situation

• The certificate verification process will always verify the DNS name of the certificate presented by the server, with the hostname of the server in the URL used by the JADE client.

Desired Behavior

• The new option (source|target)_verify_certificate_hostname disables or enables the verification process of the hostname. The default value of this option is true.
