JADE4DMZ should be able to use http proxy feature with jump hosts

Current Situation

• A connection to a jump host via a http proxy is not possible

Parameterization

• The following parameters are added to connect to a jump host via a proxy:
  • jump_proxy_protocol = http
  • jump_proxy_host
  • jump_proxy_port
  • jump_proxy_user
  • jump_proxy_password
