Description

Current Situation

A connection to a jump host via a proxy is not possible.

Desired Situation

The following parameters are added to connect to a jump host via a proxy:
- jump_proxy_protocol = http|socks4|socks5
- jump_proxy_host
- jump_proxy_port
- jump_proxy_user
- jump_proxy_password

Delimitation

This feature supports use of the HTTP and SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxy protocol.
