YADE should return an exit code != 0 if an error has occurred

    Description

      • Current Situation
        • Example to force an error and to receive an exit 0: the user doesn't have sufficient permissions to create the target file on a FTP sever
      • Desired Behavior
        • YADE should return the correct exit code.
        • Should an error occur and no orignal exit code be available then exit code 99 is returned.
