In Addition to the atomix-suffix parameter there should be an atomic-prefix

Two Parameters/Options must be created to allow an atomic-prefix for atomic-files:

atomic_prefix = "string" and (Default is "~")
atomic_prefix_usage = "boolean" (Default is "false")

It should be possible to use atomic_prefix and atomic_suffix at the same time.
