Parameter source_transfer_mode and target_transfer_mode has no effect

Parameter transfer_mode with prefix source_ or target_ has no effect.
But it works with transfer_mode without prefix.

If you have a transfer between two FTP servers than transfer_mode has effect on both. We don't see a use case where you need a different transfer_mode on source and target so that this issue is only cosmetically.
