HostKeyChecking: YADE should offer the possibility to check the hostkey (SSH only)

Desired Behavior

• New parameters are added
  • source_strict_hostkey_checking = true|false
  • target_strict_hostkey_checking = true|false
  • jump_strict_hostkey_checking = true|false
• These parameters have only an effect if the SFTP protocol is used
• If true then the hostkey is expected in the user known hosts file ($HOME/.ssh/known_hosts) and the connect failed if the hostkey cannot be found.
• if false then it is not necessary that the user known hosts file contains the hostkey.
